I write various types of legal arguments for attorneys, helping lighten the load. At EOIR, my job was to draft opinions and memos for the Immigration Judges. Now, I am bringing those services to the immigration defense bar: pre-hearing statements, written closings, motions, BIA appeals, and other case types.
